Julia was born and raised in Lorain, Ohio. She graduated from Lorain Catholic in 2004, Notre Dame College in 2008, and Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 2012. Julia has been practicing law since 2013. She resides in Lakewood with her husband Benjamin, two sons, Atticus and Harvey, and their four cats.
